MIS Executive

Serve as the primary liaison between the Management, Factory operations, Project team, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and communications between internal and external teams.
• Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or delays with management and appropriate stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate and timely MIS reports for the project.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources within the factory and project team.
• Ensure that reports provide meaningful insights into project performance, highlighting key metrics and potential areas of concern.
• Present regular updates and reports to senior management, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with legal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to draft, review, and finalize agreements.
• Maintain thorough records of all project activities, including communications, agreements and contracts, and reports, ensuring they are accessible for future reference.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project developments and that their feedback is incorporated into the project plan as appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation required for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify potential risks and challenges within the project and develop mitigation strategies.
