Executive Assistant
Your Team:

With a team of over 1000 people, in Home Buying we work in collaboration with our frontline and operations teams in CBA and third party brokers to help Australians realise their home ownership and investment dreams. As the largest mortgage lender in the country, we are proud to make this dream a reality for more than 1 in every 4 Australians who have a home loan.

You will have the exciting opportunity to join the face paced Home Buying team and provide support to the Crew Lead of Purchase and Settle and the Crew Lead of Manage & Own within the Home Buying Domain.

Our Purchase and Settle crew is responsible for creating seamless experiences and processes to support customers into their home whilst Manage & Own engages, supports and earns customers loyalty as they live in, manage, pay-off & buy their next homes.

Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business support
Diary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an effective use of their time. Ensuring daily packs are prepared for manager to review prior to meetings
Providing superior and executive level of support to the team - maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentiality
Budget management & support including reconciliation of monthly invoices and expenses for the team
Coordinating internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders - including liaising with EA's and arranging meeting room bookings
Assisting with resource onboarding support for the team
Arranging travel and itineraries
Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required)
Participation in Leadership Team meetings - coordinating agendas/minute taking
Help to drive the team coordination & ceremonies / events for the quarter

We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Previous experience supporting as a Executive Assistant
Superior skills in Microsoft Office
Superior verbal and written communication
The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible
High level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence
Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service
