Who We’re Looking For:
While a background in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, it’s not a must. We believe in potential and will offer comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and tailored coaching for the right candidates.
You Will Need:
Ideally, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in any customer-facing role.
A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Strong organisational skills paired with effective time management.
A genuine desire to transition from casual or part-time work to a full-time commitment.
We’re on the hunt for a passionate sales representative to join our high-performing team.
Your Role Will Include:
Securing new clients for our partners while nurturing robust relationships.
Hitting sales targets and exceeding KPIs.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies through direct interactions in B2B, event, and residential door-to-door sales markets.
Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service and promotional efforts.
Keeping daily tabs on presentations and sales outcomes.
Development Phases:
Entry-Level Sales Representative: Hone the essential sales skills to become a top-tier performer.
Senior Sales Agent: Unlock uncapped commissions and embark on leadership development.
Senior Sales Trainer: Master the art of coaching others to excel in sales.
Team Leader: Develop the expertise to manage a team of five.
Executive Manager: Learn to lead a team of 10 and acquire backend management skills.
Campaign Manager: Step into a sales manager role and independently oversee a campaign.
