Apply insights from psychology and behavioural science to identify behavioural barriers and enablers and propose appropriate interventions or solutions
Manage partnerships with academics, consultants and thought leaders to conduct behavioural science research
Critically measure behavioural change outcomes to understand the success of your initiatives.
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working in a commercial setting on health and wellbeing programs
A Bachelor of Science honours degree in psychology or a closely related field
A Master of Science qualification in field of behavioural science or relevant field including but not limited to economics, health, or social psychology
Experience undertaking literature reviews and critically evaluating the scientific evidence

Strong consulting skills including the ability to evaluate and communicate business impact
Experience designing and conducting research studies
