About the Role:
Due to business growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, career-oriented Intermediate Accountant to join their dedicated team.
In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide a broad range of financial and business services.

Duties:
Prepare financial accounts and tax returns with precision and accuracy.
Manage the preparation of activity statements and SMSF fund reporting and tax obligations.
Assist in delivering top-tier professional services to clients, offering guidance and support to junior staff.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Handle reconciliation and preparation of work papers, ensuring all details align perfectly.
Complete compliance work as required, working closely with the Team Leader.
Liaise with clients on all relevant matters, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business services/tax within Public Practice.
Experience with accounting and taxation software such as Xero, MYOB, and XPM.
Experience with trusts, partnerships, individuals, companies and Superannuation funds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Technical proficiency and sound compliance knowledge, with competency in using Excel.
Must be a Permanent Resident of Australia
