Job description, work day and responsibilities

including communication to the business and facilitating root cause analysis and resolution.
• Drive aging incidents and problems to closure.
• Produce Major Incident Reports (MIRs) and conduct proactive analysis of incident trends.
• Create Service Introduction and Service Model for newly introduced services.

Skills Required:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in ITSM, particularly in Incident and Problem Management.
• Expert knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Management.
• Experience working with multiple technical teams and functions with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, including configuration, process configurations, and automations.
• Experience in Service Management within a Cloud environment.
• ITIL4 Foundation / ITIL V3 Intermediate Certified.
• Track record of developing and providing SLAs and KPIs.
• Flexible and willing to support a 24x7 global operation, including off-hours support and on-call availability.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
