Job Title: Sales Manager (India)
Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager at BIOPAPRO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities in the Indian market. Your primary focus will be on the distribution of disposable products within the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who can drive sales growth, build strong relationships with distributors, and effectively manage a sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the Indian market.
2. Identify and evaluate potential distributors, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
3. Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market insights and contribute to the development of new product offerings.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry influencers.
7. Conduct regular sales reviews, track performance metrics, and prepare accurate sales reports for management.
8. Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to the disposable products market.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the distribution of disposable products within the healthcare industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Indian market, including key players, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve targets, and drive business growth.
6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to drive informed decision-making.
8. Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
9. Willingness to travel within India as required.
