Experience in Sales and Channel Sales (Distributors Network).
Experience in Team Handling.
Job Responsibility:-
• -Responsible for specific Territory Sales - Mumbai (Maharashtra)
• -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive
Business growth in Mumbai (Maharashtra).
• - Manage a sales team, providing guidance and support for high performance.
• - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mumbai (Maharashtra).
• - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
• - Monitor market trends and customer feedback for improvement.
• - Conduct sales meetings, set targets, and provide feedback to the team.
• - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• - Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• - Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• - 3-5 years of experience as an Area or Territory Sales Manager or similar role.
• - Strong knowledge of area market of Mumbai (Maharashtra)) and distribution channels.
• - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• -Good Relations with SS & Distributors in the state
• -Knowledge of implementing schemes and officers honestly till the last mile.
