We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Jobs Advisor.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor
As a Jobs Advisor you will be responsible for providing our customers with a high level of personalised support and service through individual and group sessions. You are organised with a drive to achieve agreed objectives and targets, and can confidently manage your own caseload of job seekers to facilitate positive employment outcomes. With an empathetic nature, you easily build relationships with a diverse range of people while simultaneously assessing the individual’s needs and identifying appropriate supports to minimise barriers to obtaining sustainable and ongoing employment.
Your Key Responsibilities will include;
Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
Manage your own caseload of job seekers
Achieve agreed objectives and targets
Criteria for Success
Customer service skills and/or experience
A passion for helping others
A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
A recent, clear National Police Check
