Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Belgaum, Karnataka
Job Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations across our chain of cafes. This role involves ensuring smooth HR operations, handling payroll, managing employee training and development, maintaining compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and grievance handling.
• Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments, managing benefits, and resolving payroll-related issues.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, support career development, and maintain high service standards.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, managing statutory filings, and maintaining accurate HR records.
• HR Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Employee Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on career progression, and managing performance improvement plans.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by organizing engagement activities, handling conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
• Recruitment & Retention: Manage recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations.
