Job Title: HR Executive

Experience Range: 2 - 4 years

Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage key HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be organized, knowledgeable about HR practices, and able to communicate effectively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Maintain employee records and manage attendance and leave.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
