Job Description –

· Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.

· Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting job description and getting it approval from the concern person.

· Handling the end to end recruitment process.

· Using portal and other source for closing various vacancies.

· Completing induction process with all departments.

· Brief out description about polices procedure, vision to new Joinee.

· Proper filing of relevant documents of the new joinee as required.

· Implementing new polices, procedure for all departments.

· Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.

· Maintaining Leave records.

· Issuing offer, appointment letter to new employees.

· Coordinating and conducting training for internal staff as well external people.

· ISO audit, HR audit- maintaining all documents and filing.

· Uploading claim form on quarterly basis.

· Checking DD course to be started for new employees.

· Keep all leave record as per leave form and policy.

· Taking initiatives to engage the employees to their work

· Providing inputs for payroll, monthly attendance for all branches.

· Check compliance for all employees and concerned with account department.

· Completing all exit formalities for resigned employees and full and final settlement for the person.

· Managing employee’s welfare measures like insurance, Mediclaim record and reimbursement.

Admin Activities-

· Check housekeeping for all premises, electricity and water bill to paid on time.

· Monitoring the general administration function & coordinate with other depts.

· Coordinate with other branches for departments.

· Check all telephone expenses

· Petrol sheet checking according to policy and tracking report.

· Arranging al function, customer meet, and festive function for employees.

· Coordinate with all vendors as per requirement.

Qualification-

· Bachelor Degree or equivalent to Human resources

· MBA in HR/ Diploma in HR /MPM

Experience-

· 2-6 year experience in HR domain

Skill-

· Able to handle manpower as per requirement.

· Strong analytical skill .

· Strong interpersonal skill both oral and written

· Should have good knowledge for HR domain.
