We are looking for young and dynamic individual who is capable of handling the guests and reservation activities at our front desk and able to manage the things in an organized and professional way.
What you'll do:
Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
Greet and receive the guests, maintain high standards of hospitality.
Coordinating and updating the room status to the team and other related departments.
Answering calls and assisting in reservations, inquiries and conversions.
To follow proper telephone etiquette.
Maintain the updated info on rates & packages, events, activities and hours of operation.
To give proper orientation of room to the guest.
Attending and acknowledging the guest complaints and followup till closure.
Following the operational and shift change procedures and tasks.
Arrange for guest transfers and transport, coordinate with the travel desk.
Report generation and maintenance.
To follow the standard operating procedures.
Thoroughly understand and follow proper cash, credit handling procedures.
Understanding on the room status and tracking.
Processing guest checkouts and assist in billing and payment clearance.
Collect the guest feedback forms and update.
Work closely with other departments on the guest related issues and sort out.
To attend the internal meetings when required.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Bachelors in Hotel Management is preferred.
Prior working experience in such role.
Good communication skills.
Excellent co-ordination
Ability to work with a team and as individual.
Highly disciplined and committed
