Job description, work day and responsibilities
Position : Field Consultant / Executive / Sr. Executive – TMS Operations Location : Bangalore - (Indiranagaar) JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Managing operations ➢ Manage Tenancy management Operations ➢ To serve as a point of contact between the Client, landlord & building societies for Tenancy related issues – Lease agreement signing & registration, Lease renewals, infrastructure repairs, residence society interactions, vendor interactions etc ➢ Manage the maintenance of the residences - work with allied vendors in maintenance of telephone/broadband lines, mobile connections, gas pipeline, water connections, electricity connection, leakages inside apartment ➢ Manager the complete inspections of the apartment during move in & move out. ➢ Responsible for delivery of services in accordance to IOS service policy. Identify and implement process and suggest improvements related to relocation service delivery ➢ Ensure compliance & regulations of policies and processes of all RMC/ Clients companies. ➢ Escalation Management ➢ Achieve operational targets ➢ Attend all client meetings and assist with the administration and management of properties, including contracts, liaising with tradesmen and managing the partner vendors 2. Customer Service ➢ Regularly evaluate services provided to the client to ensure cost effectiveness and client satisfaction. ➢ Monitor performance of service delivery, making sure all deliverables are on time and compliant ➢ Ensure all customer grievances are addressed and resolved ➢ Ensure that the client receives the highest customer service, resolving any problems and answering any queries efficiently. 3. Vendor development & Evaluation ➢ Ensure continuous and consistent communication with assignees and third-party vendors ➢ Empanel/tie up and negotiate with various external vendors (civil construction, electrical repairs. Gas connection, cable connection, vehicle registration etc.). ➢ Ongoing monitor the performance and delivery quality of vendors 4. Monitoring & Documentation ➢ Ensure all documentation and reporting is up to date and accurate through regular review Desired Profile – Qualification – Any Graduate Experience – Min. 4yr to 8yrs Skills – Good communication skills, ready work on field for client visit, Look for someone who has experience in facility management services. CTC – 3,60,000 to 5,00,000 per annum
