Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role at Shiriram Finance located in Jhunjhunu. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage calendars and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidential information. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving. and decision-making skills
Professional and proactive approach to work
