Role Description

We are currently seeking an Accountant to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role. As an Accountant for our manufacturing company, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and tax compliance. You will work closely with our finance team and play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with manufacturing-specific accounting practices and ERP systems is a plus
