UX UI Web Developer

Role and Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and/or development of Graphics, UI/UX solutions that are native to computers, such as websites and web applications, mobile apps, virtual worlds, multimedia, computer games, human-computer interface, and computer animations for various production mediums. In a design capacity, the incumbent will define visual solutions and design standards for each project. He / She needs to ensure a smooth transition of the working prototype from the design stage to the development stage. In a development capacity, the incumbent will work with various teams to develop graphic, visual, UX/UI elements in adherence with Concentrix & GCOE (gamification center of Excellence) processes and quality standards. Develop visual design mock-ups and other visual components based on the brief Translate visual concepts accurately to visual screens Apply Responsive Web Design and User Experience principles to the designs Develop design solutions based on client requirements with consideration for the proper technologies, tools, and development processes Develop efficient files to ensure ease of transition to production Demonstrate an understanding of and follow through on supplied strategies and tactics when developing visual solutions Collaborate with project team to define standards for visual solutions Provide recommendations in the strategic development or creative conceptualizing of visual assets Create Animations, splash screens, sprite sheets based on requirement/brief Key skills & knowledge: Required Professional Background: Proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with appropriate design/development software: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Animate CC Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery Good understanding of 3D modeling ,3D software's and 3D on web Good understanding of responsive design and web platforms Experience in infographics, motion graphics, UI Designs, Digital Advertising, and video creations 2-3 years experience in visual, interactive, and user interface design/development for various platforms such as web and mobile Ability to comprehend strategic directives and conceptualize visual solutions that communicate client requirements Strong capacity for testing and troubleshooting design concepts Strong communication skills Willingness to sharpen design/development skill sets and expand upon them Eagerness to develop and maintain company-wide standards of professionalism and excellence Ability to work independently or within a highly collaborative environment with other designers and developers, as well as team members with diverse professional backgrounds Interest in learning and understanding specific technologies and methodologies used in the design and development process Flexibility in accepting tasks while staying within project goals and parameters Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a recognized university with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Disclaimer: - Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for recruitment, processing or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
