Minimum 2-3 years of technical recruitment experience in an agency environment
Worked on technical requirement from direct client, implementation partners or state clients
Hands-on experience working on an ATS (Ceipal, Jobdiva. Jobvite)
A bachelor's of science or Technical background
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Understanding of recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
