Key responsibilities include working on technical content writing.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Journalism, English, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in technical writing or copywriting, with a focus on software products and services
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality and engaging content for various formats and audiences
• Experience in creating technical documentation, training materials and marketing content
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and services, or willingness to learn more about ServiceNow technology and solutions
• Experience in working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and create content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Experience in using industry-standard tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or Google Docs
