Responsibilities
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content
• Developing content for web pages, blogs, articles, social media, case studies, infographics, presentations, internal communications, email campaigns and more as required
• Ideate new formats and topics for enhancing our content outreach
• Coordinate with designers, leaders & other resources to create and deliver a high-quality content artifact.
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write technical articles, customer case studies, business stories, etc.
• Follow and implement SEO best practices for content optimization such as using relevant keywords.
• Proofreading content for errors and ensuring all-around consistency (structure, style, font, images, tone)
• Evolve content presentation or writing straetgies and adapt them to new situations (e.g., bite-sized videos
• Proactively maintain and update website and other content regularly (e.g., new awards, new tech features, latest tech trends, etc.)
• Write SEO friendly product descriptions
• Open to listening and acting upon fast by delivering on stringent timelines and an adhoc request basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor / Master's degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields) with 3-5 years of work experience writing / curating content tech content.
• Experience in working for IT or ITES companies.
• Experienced working within or directly with marketing teams in developing content
• Strong content writing & reviewing experience across formats
• Proven experience in generating content that has yielded quality traffic / leads
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
• Know-how of conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content for blogs, white papers, social media, websites, video scripts, etc.
• Experience in collaborating or communicating with multiple stakeholders and working on adhoc requests will be good to have.
• Keen to read, watch & learn about new technologies
