Job description, work day and responsibilities
Managing the entire recruitment cycle from the time the requisition received to the time the candidate is On-boarded.
· Co-ordination with hiring mangers regarding understanding requirements, sourcing profiles/urgent requirements and Interview.
· Hands-on experience for IT/Technical requirements/position.
· Hands-on working experience on skills like Technical Sales, Embedded, R&D, Android, Dot net (.Net), Java and Project Sales & Managers and Techno-Commercial requirements.
· Hands on experience in Senior hiring & lateral hiring.
· Experience with security surveillance domain would be an added advantage.
· Responsible for ensuring closing of requisition with eligible candidates as per deadline
· Sourcing the profiles through various portals like Naukri, monster, shine, LinkedIn etc. and Mining resume from internal database of the company.
· Develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection / or provide external consultants to ensure the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or are promoted.
· Working with candidates and managers to close the candidates.
· Pre-screening & Tele Screening - Collecting the details of the potential Candidate, asking his/her core capability and at the same time analyzing his/her communication skills, attitude, understanding his motivation level for looking into the opportunities
· Coordinating with the Managers to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent Negotiation, Presentation and convincing skills.
Key Performance Indicators
o Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment domain
o Experience in sourcing and screening profiles as per the given job requirements using various channels like job boards, social networking sites etc
o Proficient to partner with recruiters and business unit leaders on identifying standard methodology recruiting/sourcing techniques.
o Demonstrated working knowledge in best-pipeline creation and development, competition mapping as per client and geographic requirements, and best-practice guidance to the Hiring Managers
o Ability to research activities like market research, talent mapping, lead generation etc. involved in providing recruitment support to clients
o Maintain a pipeline of skilled talent, including consistent communication with potential hires and connecting them with positions that align with their experience and skill set
o Expertise in identifying target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified hires

Qualification and Experience
1. BE/B. Tech/BCA/MCA Or MBA-HR with good academic’s results
2. 1-4 Years’ experience in recruitment
