LHH is working with a fast growing company in Dallas that is adding a Staff Accountant to their team. This company is in the healthcare space and they are experiencing steady growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience within public accounting. In this role you will post journal entries, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, and will conduct month-end reporting related to inventory.

This position pays 75K-85K and offers a great work-life balance.This position offers a ton of flexibity and is in office ONLY 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:
• Journal entries, Accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, coding of departmental expenses (as needed)
• Account reconciliations
• Variance analysis
• Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as required
• Assist with reviewing and compiling reports around physical inventory
• Create various audit schedules
• Coordinate with agent warehouse locations to ensure accurate inventory balances

Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 1-3 years of experience ideally withhin a top 20 public accounting firm
