Job description, work day and responsibilities
Clark Rubber, a 78 year old iconic Australian retailer, is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage the social media channels for the business including Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin and TikTok.
Reporting to the GM Marketing, the primary objectives of the position are to work with key stakeholders in the business to actively manage the social media channels in line with the digital marketing strategy and grow the organic following of the Clark Rubber social channels. As equally important, the role requires the successful candidate to be a gun at analysis and ability to provide metrics and detailed reporting on campaign outcomes.
The key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
Working collaboratively with the video content producer, brand manager and designers to generate engaging digital marketing content and activating across social channels; Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other channels as needed. This includes:
Management of Facebook Ad Manager, including provision of reports and analysis on the data relevant to each campaign.
Provide insights into trends and opportunities available to the business through social channels, and how to activate effectively and on budget.
Work with the GM Marketing, Ecommerce Specialist and Brand Manager to ensure the Clark Rubber brand is accurately and consistently represented across all social channels.
Scheduling and publishing of content
Engaging with followers and affiliates and finding relevant influencers and UGC to promote the Clark Rubber brand.
Management of all social media campaigns.
Manage the network of Franchisees Facebook requirements through local area marketing platform.
Other tasks and duties as required.
About you:
2-3 years experience in social media planning, executing and reporting, ideally in a retail environment.
You are confident in leading content planning, taking internal briefs and understanding how to bring it to life on social through creative and strategic content and storytelling based on audience insights.
Love to create and contribute to a thriving brand and team environment.
Have high attention to detail, strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
