Salesforce Administrator - India
Work Location: Bangalore: Candidates who are in Presently in Bangalore will be considered.
Work Type - Hybrid
Planview is seeking a Business Application/Salesforce Administrator to support our high-growth organization. This role will be an integral part of the team that will support the organization through the customization, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in professional sales force work and an Advanced Administrator certification. The candidate should be comfortable creating automation and complex configurations, resolving issues, and collaborating with the Business Applications team on the Salesforce platform and various third-party tools and integrations. This role is highly collaborative and will work as part of the Business Applications team of other Salesforce team members.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Business Applications team and over 1000 end-users to manage existing Salesforce applications, project requests, and ancillary systems.
• Handle daily Salesforce case requests from end users efficiently, which include user provisioning, issues and errors, enhancement requests, general questions, and technical support, tracking resolution progress.
• Able to independently take ambiguous requests, determine action items, and get necessary approvals with the tenacity to drive those requests to completion.
• Perform regular data uploads, data maintenance, and cleaning activities.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Work with business stakeholders from discovery to completion on small and large projects gathering ambiguous requirements and translating them to technical solutions, determining the Level of Effort and estimated dates of completion, managing scope, user enablement, testing, documentation, and communicating regularly.
• Provide daily administration and support of Planview's Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing customization of objects, fields, lightning components, and flows, and troubleshooting and configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud and CPQ.
• Perform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasks
• Proactively keep up with Salesforce and various Application releases to ensure Planview is utilizing the full benefits of the platform's latest features.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities/deadlines, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities/deadlines.
• Collaborates with the Business Applications team and frequently communicates to ensure proper approval and transparency of configuration changes before implementation.
• Able to quickly adapt to new and changing processes and systems.
Qualifications
• 4+ years performing Salesforce configuration and administration of the Sales and Service Clouds
• Experience with relational databases, data models, and data integration tools/processes
• CPQ experience as an admin
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, on multiple concurrent projects
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification; additional certifications a plus
