Job Description

The Senior PPC Manager will lead and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, focusing on search and remarketing strategies. You will be a PPC expert, optimising client campaigns and managing budgets to achieve or exceed sales and lead targets.

Key responsibilities include developing PPC strategies, analysing performance data, and contributing to client proposals. The ideal candidate will have over three years of PPC management experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of broader digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
• Manage pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, primarily involving search and remarketing campaigns.
• Be our PPC Expert. Explore new PPC techniques and opportunities to improve client campaigns and results.
• Lead the delivery and be accountable for our Paid-per-Click accounts, manage the resources within the team, take responsibility for results, create and direct client strategy, and communicate with the client.
• Manage and mentor 1x PPC Executive, providing guidance and development opportunities, and oversee freelance PPC resource.
• Create, implement and develop PPC processes to help effectively deliver a PPC service geared to achieving agreed client results.
• Effectively manage the budgets of our clients to reach and exceed their specific sales or lead generation targets.
• Take responsibility for optimising paid media. You’ll have the autonomy to make your own decisions and will ultimately be accountable for the results of paid media campaigns.
• Contribute to new client proposals, where your knowledge and expertise will be key to helping develop a tailored strategy.
• Have detailed discussions with clients about their business objectives, markets, and profit margins. Use that information to develop strategies for continued growth in campaign performance.

Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns across Google and Bing.
• Ability to demonstrate improvements in ROAS and CPA across e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of wider digital marketing channels and how they work together.
• A structured and methodical approach to ongoing optimisation of PPC campaigns.
• The ability to spot opportunities on campaigns to improve performance and grow accounts.
• Great analytical skills & attention to detail.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills are essential for managing multiple campaigns at once.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client’s needs.
• Strategic overview and the ability to maximise client budgets and profit margins for the best campaign performance.
• Must live within commuting distance of Leamington Spa.

We offer a competitive salary (DOE) and a quarterly team performance bonus. The role provides flexible hybrid working, with two days office-based (Monday and Tuesday) and three remote days. A home setup is provided.
