Job description : Position: Senior Manager / AGM

Company Secretary Qualification: CS Preferred years of Experience: 15-20 Years (Must be the head of Company Secretarial dept. or Authorized Company Secretary of the company) Probable CTC Range: 12- 17 Lakhs per annum Work Location: Corporate Office, Hospet. Roles & Responsibilities:

Management of corporate affairs, canter/state statutory compliance and interaction and managing interfaces.

Compliance of SEBI guidelines in respect of Public issues, buy backs. Preferential offer of securities, listing agreements

Participating and advising in mergers and acquisitions

Corporate Governance

Investor relations and handling private placements and preferential offer of securities

Conduction board meetings and general body meetings

Researching and drafting fact sheets, agreements, share holder agreements, business agreements and contracts

Coordinating with other departments for finalization of companys accounts and annual reports

Any other job assigned by the directors related to company secretarial affairs
