Responsibilities
Our Post Judgment department is currently seeking a Senior Legal Assistant. The Post Judgment department handles delinquent accounts that have gone through the litigation process and have received a judgment from the court. The Senior Legal Assistant is responsible for preparing our clients' sales, resales and struck deeds. Furthermore, they will research sales accounts, generate sales PowerPoints, and assist in client presentations. The candidate filling this role should have excellent communication skills, as they will be communicating with the public via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have previous legal and office experience. Additionally, this individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
