We are working with an award-winning event management and venue find company, and we’re looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team!

This is a 10–12-month maternity leave cover replacement to commence work from December 2024.
As the Senior Event Manager, you will be focusing on one of their key accounts who are within the construction/infrastructure industry. You will be the POC for any event inquiry on behalf of your client and you will create and manage a range of corporate events ranging from small ******** meetings, Media & VIP visits on site to larger conferences and events both in the UK and globally.
You will have a strong understanding of how to produce an event from initial concept through to post completion working alongside various internal and external stakeholders ensuring each event is run smoothly and to the highest of standards that lives and breathes the company’s values.
You will oversee all operational aspects of each event including logistics, venue liaison, budgetary control and on-site day delivery of each event. It’s important that you have a couple of years’ experience producing a variety of corporate events (Budgets of up to £500,000) and a great understanding of the task at hand – sometimes this can be sensitive material, so we need to ensure it is always handled with integrity and professionalism.
In terms of the agency you will be working on behalf, these guys are well known and acknowledged for their ethos and the standard of work which they produce. You will be working closely with the Head of Events and keeping her up to date with all the work which is being produced for your client and identify any gaps on areas where we can improve. You will be a confident and passionate individual with a can-do mind set!
You will be working at your client’s head office in the Coleshill area at least 2-3 days per week. 1 day would be working from home and 1 day would be travelling to our head office in Swindon. This role will also entail travelling to visit various construction sites within mainly the Midlands and London areas, so you must have a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role. All travel expenses are included when travelling away from Coleshill office.
From a salary perspective you’re looking at between £37,000 and £40,000 depending on your experience. There’s also a long list of corporate benefits which are included they have built a great culture and love to look after their team!
