Should be able to understand project requirement and derive independently effort estimate and work planning
Independent contributor for design, development and testing activity
Independent reviewer for design, development and testing activity
Sharp troubleshooting/problem solving skill
Hands on experience in product certification activity
On time project completion with quality delivery
Project Management Skills

Should have team handling capacity and gt; 4 team member
Defining and Tracking Project Plan (all aspects e.g. high-Level Scheduling, Risk, Communication, Configuration Mgmt.)
Should able to define daily task for the self and team for project milestones
Escalate issues to internal management at right time with possible solutions
Effective vendor Communication (email/phone call/chat)
Define technical training for junior engineers
Building/Mentoring team members
Defining and Streamlining
