We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, street-smart and most importantly hungry for enormous learning. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Attending to all customer queries, concerns and comments posted to the company’s Social media platforms. 2. Act as a liaison, provide product / services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. 3. Engage customers in a professional and empathetic manner, addressing their inquiries and feedback effectively and in a timely manner. 4. Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 5. Contribute to the development of Social media response templates, FAQs, and resources to streamline customer support processes. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and maintain consistent brand voice in social media interactions. 7. Keep records of customer interactions ,Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. 8. Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE 1. Proven experience in handling Social Media Process responses. 2. Familiarity with CRM Systems and practices. 3. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of Queries/Complaints/Suggestions. 4. Should be an articulate presenter & speaker , a strategic planner but above all, dynamic and goal-oriented. 5. Strong Organization skills and Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 6. Possesses a “hands-on” approach and an ability to multitask in a fast paced start up environment. 7. Should be a team player & ready to take up new tasks & Challenges. 8.
