Job Responsibilities:
Project Manager – Commercial Interiors
We are looking for a leader who would manage commercial interior projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand project details and requirements. A successful
candidate in this position should be able to visualize space in three dimensions, have a good
understanding of commercial interiors, office space renovation, and be an effective project manager.
Key Responsibilities
● Determine the commercial interior project deliverables and specifications, including the project
scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labour needed by collaborating with clients,
engineers, and architects across locations
● Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
● Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with
attention to budgetary limitations
● Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be
met
● Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
● Represent the company in all project meetings and establish proper communication with the
clients.
● Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor
schedule.
● Checking of invoices from subcontractors based on the work done at site.
● Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure
high-quality project performance
● Supervise the work of laborers, material suppliers etc. and guide them when needed
● Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to share with Clients
● Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues till the project handover
● Communicate the status of the projects to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports
Desired Profile
● Proven experience of 5+ years as a project manager in commercial office interior projects and
office renovation projects
● In-depth understanding of BOQ and building materials and project management principles
relevant to commercial office interiors
● A team player with leadership abilities
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
● Experience using design or project management software is a bonus
● Proficiency in using MS software applications like Excel, Powerpoint and others
● Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and
time-management skills

● HSR layout, Bangalore - 560102.
● Reliably commute/relocate to project site anywhere in the city limits or different location
(Required)
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management and any other related
degree is preferred

● Office Interior Project: 5 year (Required)
