Senior Accountant

~ Job Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping and Finance

Maintenance of complete Books of Accounts
• Preparation of vouchers.
• Entering vouchers into Tally
• Raising invoices/debit notes/credit notes as and when required in Zoho/Tally invoice software.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement. - Review of books of accounts on monthly basis and provide Trial Balance.
• Tally data to be maintained on weekly basis.

Financial Accounts
• Preparation and finalization of Monthly MIS reporting to Client by 15/20 of every month.
• Preparation and finalization of Trial Balance.

2. TDS
• Verification of all payments to vendors for the purposes of determination of the correct application of rates and category for deduction of withholding taxes.
• Computation of monthly TDS based on above.
• Monthly tax reconciliation of the TDS due and deducted.
• Preparation and deposit of Monthly challans on or before the statutory due dates.
• Filing of quarterly E-TDS Returns.

3. Goods & Services Tax
• Compiling and calculating the net GST on output services/goods after taking benefit of Input Credit.
• Compiling the data of Input Credit for Goods & Service Tax.
• Preparing & Filing of GST Returns.
• Auditing & Preparing Reco of input amount under 2B every month or as per the cycle of the vendor.
• Maintaining data related to purchase orders issued by the company and accordingly segregating the items under various cost centres such as fixed assets, consumables, etc.

~ Job Requirements:

1. Education
• University/Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)

2. Experience
• 03 - 05 years of working experience in delivering enablement service to teams in different locations.
