Job Summary:
As a Telecaller Fresher for our Foodie Community Marketplace App, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our platform. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to food enthusiasts, vendors, and potential partners, promoting our app's features, and facilitating user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to food enthusiasts, vendors, and potential partners to promote our Foodie Community App and its features.
Introduce our app's value proposition, benefits, and unique selling points to potential users and vendors.
Engage in active listening to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information about the app's functionalities.
Build relationships with food vendors and encourage their participation in the community marketplace.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new users and vendors, guiding them through registration, profile setup, and product listing processes.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify potential leads and opportunities for partnerships within the food industry.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, leads, and feedback, in the CRM system.
Gather user feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our app's features and user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging food-related businesses, and community engagement strategies.
Assist in organizing virtual events, contests, or promotions to foster user engagement and increase app usage.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Passion for food and a good understanding of the food industry.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while also meeting individual targets.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
