Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales in our print media department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing sales deals related to our print and document management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts for potential customers. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
• Client Consultation:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their printing needs and requirements.

Provide clients with information and recommendations on print solutions that best meet their needs. Collaborate with clients to create customized print packages.
• Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients. Address client questions and concerns effectively. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
• Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Stay in regular contact with clients to provide updates on orders and services.
• Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Provide feedback to management on market insights and potential opportunities.
• Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Generate regular sales reports for management review
