Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive (Real Estate) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep understanding of the real estate industry and sales expertise to successfully promote and sell our interactive software to real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your existing real estate industry connections and relationships to generate new leads and opportunities
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with real estate clients to understand their marketing challenges and pain points
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our interactive software solution, showcasing how it can streamline and enhance their marketing efforts
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage the onboarding process for new clients
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our software
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights that drive continuous improvement of our offerings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of successful real estate sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent understanding of the real estate industry, including current trends, marketing strategies, and the needs of real estate professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing technology, such as CRM systems, presentation tools, and social media platforms
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Passionate about technology and its potential to transform the real estate industry
