Job Purpose: Praspack is looking to expand its business in multiple cities across India and is looking to hire new talent to execute its sales plan.
JOB Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in industries
DESCRIPTION that require flexible, multicolour, multilayer packaging solutions, such as food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors. Generate leads, conduct market research, and explore new business opportunities.
Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their packaging needs, and provide them with customized solutions. Present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize revenue.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of flexible packaging materials, including multicolour printing techniques, multilayer structures, barrier properties, and relevant industry regulations. Educate customers on the advantages and benefits of our products and help them select the most suitable packaging solution for their specific requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to flexible packaging. Analyze customer feedback, market demands, and product performance to provide insights for product development and improvement.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotional activities, and distribution channels, to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal teams, including design, production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery of products. Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Education: Any Graduation with good experience from good company
