Your Responsibilities:
• Maximise Sales: Assist Sales & Events Managers in maximising pre-booked sales, cross-selling across multiple sites, and upselling venue facilities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and event process, demonstrating excellent product knowledge of our event menus and packages.
• Transaction Management: Handle all authentication, deposits, payments, and maintain up-to-date reservation platforms.
• Event Support: Provide pre- and post-event administrative support, including meeting preparation, collateral management, and efficient communication of last-minute changes.
• Exceptional Communication: Master the art of translating operational realities into exciting, guest-friendly updates without dampening their enthusiasm. Facilitate clear and efficient internal communication with all service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Detail-Oriented Planning: Plan and execute each group booking or event with meticulous detail, maintaining accurate event records, including post-event reporting and customer feedback.
