Job description
Job Title: Retail Advisor
Hours: 16+ hours per week
Pay: £12 per hour, plus uncapped commission, regular sales incentives, and discounts
Days: Maximum 5 days per week flexible
Shifts: 9am-5:30pm Mondays-Saturday
Contract: Permanent
VirgoTech is a franchise partner of Vodafone, with stores in Newmarket, Cambridge, Wisbech & Ely. By working for a partner store, you will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to a growing local business.
What Will You Be Doing?
The day-to-day job role will involve talking to customers, identifying their needs, and delivering the correct solutions. This will alongside ensuring the business's KPIs are hit, delivering 10 out of 10 customer service, and ensuring the store is a clean and pleasant place to work and shop in.

We are searching for someone who is level-headed and mature-minded, combined with the energy and drive to succeed. The key to sales is the ability to talk to people as well as taking ownership over your customer's needs and concerns. With this in mind, someone who is comfortable with people and in a variety of situations as well as not afraid to take on a challenge.

• Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us
• Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met, and allowing them to make an informed decision.
• Deliver exceptional service to Vodafone customers and take personal ownership for meeting their needs
• To meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics
• Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
• Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times
• Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
