Job description
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client’s team in Deeside. We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, who is eager to learn and develop his or her existing skills.

• Salary up to £26,000
• 24 days’ annual holiday plus Bank holidays

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch

Key Responsibilities: Administrator - Sales Administrator
• Processing Customer orders via email, telephone & Sage 200
• Liaising with Suppliers and Customers
• Arranging and booking of transport for customer orders
• Creation and completion of shipping documents including labels
• Entering data onto systems, as required - Sage 200 & data storage
• Maintain, develop and promote a positive company image and reputation with our customers
• Build customer relations with the objective of retention and growth
• Answering phone, taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate colleague
• Supporting colleagues with other duties as required and as directed by your Line Manager
• To manage and plan your duties to achieve agreed objectives
• Feedback relevant commercial information relating to customers to the Sales team.
• Flexibility in your approach to the working day and the requirements of the role

Skills and Knowledge: Sales Administrator
• Ability and intelligence to learn quickly
• Previous Administrative experience to a high level
• ERP experience - ideally in Sage 200
• Keen to take on responsibility and ownership
• Great communication skills; ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Following orders through from receipt to delivery.
• Understand procedures and follow instructions.
• To deal with information on a confidential basis
• IT/Tech savvy
• Flexibility to cover all aspects of an office based role
• The ability to understand your role and how it fits into the organisation
• The ability to develop a sound understanding of the organisation.
• Thinking outside the box and always looking to go the extra mile.
