Company Description

We are based out of Kolkata and currently hiring for our upcoming boutique hotel of 100 plus keys .

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Attendant at O2 Hotel (Loharuka Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Room Attendant will be responsible for tasks such as laundry, cleaning rooms, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the hotel, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications
Experience in laundry and housekeeping
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and organized rooms
Ability to work well in a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus,
