We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product information
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Promote sales and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
