Job description, work day and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Ensure products are appropriately stocked, organised, and maintained on the sales floor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to optimise in-store visibility and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse sales trends, providing valuable insights for product placement and assortment.
- Collaborate with store staff to train and educate on product knowledge and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales and merchandising preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
