Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, and maintaining quality standards. The role includes managing food and beverage services, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in managing food and beverage services
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
