Screen potential candidates from various job portal or social network.
Coordinate with respective branch Head to arrange the Interview Schedule of shortlisted candidates.
Salary Negotiation of selected candidates based on producing relevant documents relates to salary & other benefits.
Handle Joining of new employee and arrange Induction with respective deptt & Team.
Keep updating the records of employee time to time relates to confirmation, & Appraisal.
Address employee grievance on time.
Handle branch administration activities.
Handle attendance, Leave Record & compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile Computer proficiency in MS OfficeGood communication in written and Verbal (Hindi & English)Perks and Benefits PF, ESI, Medical Gratuity, Bonus Etc
