These Attendant positions are auxiliary positions with no guaranteed shifts. Shifts can vary from week to week based on operational requirement and the availability you have submitted.

Register patrons for programs and courses using computerized point-of-sale (POS) system.
Provide clerical, office administration, and program support to others in the facility.
Respond to facility needs to ensure cleanliness and safety is maintained.
Coordinate emergency response to urgent incidents when necessary.
Qualifications:
Completion of high school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
Previous work or volunteer experience in a customer-service oriented position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use basic functions in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to perform set-up and take-down of tables, chairs, and program-related equipment.
Satisfactory completion of Employment Reference Checks and a Police Information Check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary course work in office administration and/or recreation.
Completion of a First Aid certificate is preferred for select shifts.
Knowledge of and/or familiarity with the Xplor Recreation.
Cashier or other cash handling experience is desirable.
Conversational ability in another language may be an asset for select shifts/locations.
Working Conditions:
