We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with the preparation of various documents, presentations, and reports.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
