Receptionist

We are seeking a highly professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Nisar's Global Scans and Diagnostic Centre. The ideal Candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and providing them with all necessary information regarding their appointments and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Interaction: Greet patient warmly, Assist them with inquiries, and guide them through the registration process.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring that the doctor's time is optimally utilized. Coordinate and communicate appointment times and any changes effectively with both the patients and medical team
• communication: Clearly and politely communicate wait times procedures and any necessary preparations to patients. Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor, especially in situation where there may be delays.
• Administrative Duties: Handle phone calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of appointments, patient interactions, and other relevant data.
• Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed including managing patient files processing payments and ensuring the reception area is well organized and welcoming.

Qualification :
• previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients in a polite and empathetic manner.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
• proficiency in using appointment scheduling and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast - paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A patient-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high quality service.
