Receptionist Cum CliJob Description: Shree Laxmi Homoeopathic Clinic is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and maintaining the smooth operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
Coordinate with doctors and other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow
Collect payments and issue receipts
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records
Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent patient care
Maintenance And Update Pharmacy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical record software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Knowledge of homeopathic medicine (preferred but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
