• Skilfully negotiate sales agreements to maximize value for both parties
• Maintain a robust database of clients and prospects, ensuring accurate records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network

Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales
• In-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends
• Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyse market data and tailor sales strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties and events
