About the job
Position: Project Management Executive
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
CTC Breakup – 10% Annual Retention Bonus. This is a part of the above CTC and is released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Management Executive, your role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end management of projects, including acquiring and managing freelance content creators, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
Freelancer Acquisition, Onboarding, and Management:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and onboard freelance content creators.
• Identify and leverage various sourcing channels, including professional networks and digital marketing campaigns.
• Engage with freelance content creators to deliver high-quality content and foster strong relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, manage project assignments, handle escalations, and ensure operational efficiency.
Client Onboarding & Operational Management:
• End to end campaign management
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and update relevant databases.
• Onboard clients onto the platform and upload client plans as required.
• Address day-to-day client inquiries, troubleshoot issues promptly, and inspire repeat business through excellent service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels, liaise with departments to meet client requirements, and manage monthly billing and invoicing processes for serviced clients.
Minimum Qualifications & Expected Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree (any field)
2. 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or customer service roles.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
